I'm a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist committed to supporting individuals and intimate partners to live in alignment with their values and empowering their well-being. I bring a holistic approach to therapy, emphasizing the mind-body connection and fostering a safe space for exploration. I also bring my lived experience and understanding of immigration, neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ matters.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and a student member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).  This commitment reflects my dedication to maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice and providing quality care.
