About
I’m a queer, Latina, neurodivergent therapist dedicated to creating a welcoming space where minority and marginalized individuals can feel truly seen and supported. Passionate about advocacy, I offer a safe, inclusive environment for healing and growth. Bilingual in Spanish and English (and sometimes ‘bye-lingual’), I understand the unique challenges of navigating diverse identities and am here to help you feel heard.

With over a decade of experience in community mental health services and private practice, I believe in walking alongside you as we explore pathways to wellness together. My approach is compassionate and relational, rooted in empathy and a holistic understanding of your needs. I do not subscribe to a tick box or one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you’re hoping to connect with your identity, heal from trauma, explore neurodivergence, strengthen your relationships, or nurture a more fulfilling life, I am here to support you.

I’m committed to staying engaged with evolving research and therapeutic approaches, always mindful of each person’s unique story. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to honor who you are and where you come from. I believe in creating an empowering space that encourages self-acceptance, connection to your values, and the discovery of your most authentic self.
