Biopsychosocial model diagram.png

My practice is informed by the biopsychosocial model of health and pluralism

The biopsychosocial model is a holistic (whole person) approach to well-being that considers the interactions of our biology, psychology, and social environment. Pluralism is a relatively new way of thinking about therapy. It is based on the idea that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.

Instead, pluralism suggests that we are likely to need and benefit from different things at different points during the therapeutic process.

As a pluralist therapist, I embrace the rich diversity of human experiences and preferences. I believe that everyone is unique, and their therapeutic journey should reflect that. As a therapist, I draw from various therapeutic modalities, tailoring my interventions to suit your specific needs and preferences. We will collaborate in a holistic exploration of your concerns and create a treatment plan aligned with your values and hopes.
